Referral (advocate) emails are sent to your customers or advocates who join your referral program.


✅ When Are Referral Emails Sent?

Referral emails are typically sent when:

  • A new referrer registers

  • A referral link or discount code is created

  • A referral conversion is completed (if enabled)


⚙️ Set up Referral Emails

  1. Open the app > click Notifications

  2. Click Referrals tab

  3. Choose which referral events trigger emails

  4. Edit email subject and content

  5. Insert dynamic referral variables

  6. Click Save


Notes

  • These emails are sent to referrers, not admins

  • Make sure your message is simple and motivating

  • You can update templates anytime
