# Sales & Commissions

#### How are affiliate sales tracked?

Sales are tracked automatically when customers place orders using an affiliate’s referral link or discount code.

#### Can commissions include shipping or taxes?

Yes. Shipping and taxes can be included if enabled in campaign settings.

#### Can affiliates earn commission on their own orders?

Only if **self-referral** is enabled in the campaign.
