Affiliate email notifications
Affiliate Email Notifications are emails sent to your affiliates to keep them informed about their account status, sales activity, and payouts.
These emails help affiliates:
Know when they are approved
Track sales and commissions
Get notified when they are paid
Access their affiliate portal
✅ How Affiliate Email Notifications Work
An action happens in your affiliate program (for example: affiliate approved, new sale, payout completed)
Jaka automatically sends an email to the affiliate
The email content is based on the template you set in Notifications
You can turn emails on/off and edit the content at any time.
⚙️ Where to Manage Affiliate Emails
Go to the app > click Notifications on the left menu > click Affiliate tab
Here you can:
Choose which affiliate emails are sent
Edit email subject and content
Use variables to insert dynamic data (name, link, commission, etc.)
