Auto tier commission
What is Tiered Commission Structure?
An auto-tier commission system for affiliates is a dynamic commission structure where affiliates earn progressively higher commissions based on their performance.
In Jaka app, the auto tier is set up based on the commission total amount.
This is especially useful in incentivizing affiliates to perform better, as they know they'll receive increased rewards as they achieve more.
Each campaign has a specific commission rate. If an affiliate hit a milestone of commission, he is automatically moved to a new campaign with higher commission rate.
Example of a Tiered Affiliate Commission Model
Tier 1: Beginner Level
Commission: 5%
Requirements: total commission up to 1000$. If the commission total is larger than 1000$, move to campaign 2 (next level)
Tier 2: Intermediate Level
Commission: 10%
Requirements: total commission up to 3000$. If the commission total is larger than 3000$, move to campaign 3 (next level)
Tier 3: Advanced Level
Commission: 20%
Requirements: total commission up to 7000$.
How it works
As the affiliate's performance increases (commission total they earn is match the condition), their commission rate automatically moves to the next tier.
Affiliate A starts promoting your auction app. In his first month, he earns commission of 900$, placing him in Tier 1 (5% commission).
In the second month, Affiliate A drives more sales and earn more commissions (total is 1500$), crossing into Tier 2 (10% commission).
