❓ Does Jaka automatically pay affiliates?

No. Jaka does not automatically send money to affiliates.

You (the admin) must:

1. Review payouts

2. Pay affiliates manually (inside or outside the app)

3. Mark payouts as Paid

This gives you full control over every payment.

❓ What payment options are available?

You can choose one or both of the following options:

• Pay outside the app (bank transfer, PayPal, Payoneer, etc.)

• Pay in-app with PayPal (via PayPal integration)

You decide which method to use for your program.

❓ What does “Pay outside the app” mean?

It means:

• Jaka collects and stores affiliate payment information

• You send money using your own payment tool

• You mark the payout as paid in Jaka afterward

Jaka helps with tracking, not transferring funds.

❓ What does “Pay in-app with PayPal” mean?

When PayPal is connected:

• You can send payments directly from Jaka using PayPal

• The payout is marked as paid automatically

• Affiliates receive the money via PayPal

This option requires PayPal setup in Settings → Third-party integration.

❓How do affiliates provide their payment information?

It depends on the payment method:

• PayPal in-app: Affiliates connect their PayPal email

• Pay outside the app: Affiliates fill in the payment fields you define (bank info, email, phone, etc.)

Affiliates update this in their Affiliate Dashboard → Payment Settings.

❓ Where can I see an affiliate’s payment details?

You can view payment information:

• Inside each payout detail

• Before marking a payout as paid

This ensures you always pay to the correct account.

❓Can I export payouts?

Yes. You can export:

• Pending payouts

• Paid payouts

Exports are available as CSV files for accounting or reporting.

❓ Can I pay affiliates individually or in bulk?

You need to check Payouts of each affiliate and pay them.

❓ Is affiliate payment information secure?

Yes.

• Payment details are only visible to admins

• Affiliates can only edit their own information

• Sensitive data is not shared publicly

❓ Which payment option should I choose?

Choose Pay outside the app if you:

• Use bank transfers or local payment methods

• Want maximum flexibility

• Prefer manual control

Choose Pay in-app with PayPal if you:

• Want faster payouts

• Prefer automation

• Already use PayPal for payments
