# Admin emails

Please refer to our below instruction to activate this function

&#x20;1\. Open the app -> click **Mail Notifications** > click **Merchant**&#x20;

&#x20;2\. Add email address(es) to **Admin emails** field to receive a notification email. The email addresses can be separated by a comma.

&#x20;3\. Tick on the checkbox of the email template to want to use

* New affiliate registration: this email sent to admin email address if there is a new affiliate submit the register form for affiliate
* New conversation: this email sent to the admin email address if there is a new order created via affiliate link

5. Click **Save** after making changes.&#x20;

Email notifications will be sent from our email server (<no-reply@tipo.io>) to your admin email addresses by default.  You can also send emails from your own email address to admin email address by using your own SMTP email service.
