Advanced Commissions

Advanced Commissions let you create special commission rules that apply only when certain conditions are met. This is useful when you want different commissions for specific situations (products, order values, affiliate tiers, etc.).

✅ How Advanced Commissions Work

By default, your campaign uses a Default Commission rule.

When you add Advanced Commissions, Jaka will:

1. Check whether the affiliate order matches any advanced rule

2. If it matches → apply the advanced commission

3. If not → use the default campaign commission

📌 Tip Use Advanced Commissions for special cases (e.g., “higher commission for high-value orders”), while keeping your default commission simple.

Priority Order

When calculating commission, Jaka applies rules in this order:

1. Manual Product commission (highest priority)

2. Automated Product commission

3. Advanced Commissions

4. Default Campaign Commission (fallback)

⚠️ Warning If a product already has a Manual/Automated product commission, Advanced Commissions won’t override it.

⚙️ General Steps to Set Up Advanced Commissions

1. Open the app > open Campaigns > open the campaign you want to edit

2. Scroll to Advanced Commissions

3. Click Add rule

4. Set the conditions (when this rule should apply)

5. Set the commission (how much to pay)

6. Click Save

It is possible to add one condition or multiple conditions to apply the commissions and set the commission rate

⚙️ Advanced Commission Options (With Examples)

This section explains each option you may see when creating an advanced commission rule.

Value	Condition	Apply to	Example
Order total	is equal to	Only apply the commission to the order total is equal to xxx amount. Order is created when customers purchase product via affiliate links.	If the order total is equal to 5000$, the commission will be 50%
	is not equal to	Only apply the commission to the order total is not equal to xxx amount. Order is created when customers purchase product via affiliate links.	If the order total is not equal to 12000$, the commission will be 50%
	is greater than	Only apply the commission to the order total is larger than xxx amount. Order is created when customers purchase product via affiliate links.	If the order total is larger than 1000$, the commission will be 50%
	is less than	Only apply the commission to the order total is less than xxx amount. Order is created when customers purchase product via affiliate links.	If the order total is less than 1000$, the commission will be 50%
	Disable tracking	If the order total meets the conditions, the commission will not created for affiliates.	If the Order total is Disable tracking, all orders that match conditions will not be tracked nor given any commissions
Discount code	is equal to	Only apply the commission to the discount code whose name is equal to the specific value	If the discount code is equal to A123, the commission amount of orders with the discount code A123 applied will be 20% (coupon code A123 = 20% commission)
	is not equal to	Only apply the commission to the discount code whose name is not equal to the specific value	If the discount code is not equal to BC100, the commission amount of orders with another discount code applied will be 20% (coupon code BC100 = no commission)
	contains	Only apply the commission to the discount code whose name contains the specific value	If the discount code contains SUMMER, the commission amount of orders will be 20% (coupon code SUMMER100 = 20% commission)
Customer name	is equal to	Only apply the commission to the customers whose name is equal to specific value	If the customer name is equal to Peter, the commission will be 10%
	is not equal to	Only apply the commission to the customers whose name is not equal to specific value	If the customer name is not equal to Peter, he is Michale, the commission will be 10%
	contains	Only apply the commission to the customers whose name contains specific value	If the customer name contains Laura, she is Laura Kim, the commission will be 10%
Disable tracking	Disable tracking checkbox is ticked	If the products meets the conditions you set, the commission will not created for affiliates.	If the order total is less than 100$ and the customer name is equal to Anna, the commission will not be tracked.
